This year for the first time in 5 years I will not be traveling out of state or working over the Field Day weekend.\u00a0 I am very excited about the opportunity to get back to FD and the enjoyment of the “non contest” contest – where we bring all of the stuff we think we need, (as well as a ton of stuff that we do not) out to the fields, mountains, parks, or backyard.. and operate ham radio for an hour or 24.\u00a0 I have a lot to check and prep for the event, but that is half the fun of it!<\/p>\n
